Dave….I agree. I too attribute my success with Weight Watchers and continuing to shed the pounds, with the routine I have developed for my self. As for tracking points, I have basically the same breakfast Monday through Friday, and on the weekends it is always a veggie packed omlet with fruit. As for lunches and dinners, I have a group of meals that I know the points; and I stick with them. My activity is routine also, I walk….I walk everyday – during the week it is in the evening at 7:00pm, on the weekends I start the day and end the day with a long walk…..routines work for me.
